A US Naval Veteran, Pex graduated from St. John's University in Queens with a B.A. in Government and Politics. Born and raised on Long Island, New York, he decided to trace his roots back to the Philippines in 2001. It is there that he found his true calling. A serial entrepreneur, Pex realized how much opportunity there was overseas. His business accomplishments include founding Pacific Connexion, LLC (PCX) in 2003. Founded as an Offshore Call Center, he expanded PCX to encompass the broader spectrum of Business Process Outsourcing/Back Office services to include: Data Encoding, Web Design and Development, Chat Support, Virtual Assistants, etc. In 2007, after constant travelling between the US and the Philippines, Pex decided to devote the majority of his time in the Philippines whilst maintaining an HQ in New York. With his global business relationships, he was exposed to like-minded entrepreneurs and start-ups. With his keen understanding of people relationships and how they relate to all facets of life and business, he was invited to partake in other business opportunities and ventures. In some cases, he even engineered barter arrangements wherein he earned equity stakes in exchange for services rendered. Regardless of the fact that not every engagement was successful, it was always the take away lessons that proved integral to Pex's professional growth. He became fascinated with Real Estate, Influences of Valuation, and Investment Opportunities. Upon moving back to the US in 2011, Pex decided to expand his knowledge in Real Estate and became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and spent some time as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. With investments in mind he joined the Fortune Builders Network and participates in Rich Dad, Poor Dad trainings. He took his knowledge of Entrepreneurship, Global Markets, Valuation, and Real Estate with him to Philadelphia and Coldwell Banker Preferred for 2 years. He continues to build upon Pacific Connexion and started a Virtual Assistance company, Virsistance LLC, in 2015. He plans to build a new team, The Real Estate Nerds, with Keller Williams.
